Monitoring Officer
1. To develop and ensure effective implementation of the project’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and knowledge management systems, including timely collection and compilation of data on project activities to monitor and report on targets and milestones;
2. To review and monitor the preparation of relevant project documents (including monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/annual project reports) in line with GoB, executing agencies' agreement and GEF Secretariat requirements, minutes of meetings, field visit reports, sections in technical publications, etc.

1. Advanced university degree in business administration, social sciences, agriculture or a related field;
2. 07 years of relevant experience in project and/or programme implementation and management in areas related to agriculture or rural development, climate change adaptation, and/or sustainable food systems;
3. Good knowledge in MS-Office, Internet and office technology equipment;

The consultant shall produce new knowledge based on monitoring, evaluation, and learning from the project activities and other technical activities related to climate change adaptation (CCA). The DoE and DAE personnel who will be engaged in the process, as counterpart officials, will be part of the on-the-job trainings and gain new knowledge and capacity.
