(3) Bank solvency certificate with last three months statement. (4) Income tax clearance certificate (2024-2025). (5) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate. (6) Up-to-date TIN certificate. (7) Renewed Agriculture/Marketing License and relevant work experience certificate. (8) Ownership Certificate. (9) National ID Card with one copy passport-size color Photograph. ** Tenderer must be submitted 01 (One) kg Sample on opening date before opening time.
Brief Description of Goods and Related Service :	1) High Quality Polao Rice. 2) As a general and special condition of the agreement, high quality polao rice shall be supplied as per the sample of high quality polao rice kept at Ration Store, Police Training Center, Rangpur. The high quality polao rice required as per the work order shall be delivered to Ration Store, Police Training Center, Rangpur at its own cost and warehoused. If the high quality polao rice is not supplied as per the sample, legal action shall be taken including confiscation of the security deposit
