(3) Bank solvency certificate with last three months statement. (4) Income tax clearance certificate (2024-2025). (5) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate. (6) Up-to-date TIN certificate. (7) Renewed Agriculture/Marketing License. (8) Ownership Certificate. (9) National ID Card with one copy passport-size color Photograph. (10) Relevant work experience certificate.
Brief Description of Goods and Related Service :	1) Firewood/Jalani Khori (Mango Wood) Dry (Chopped). 2) As per the general and special terms and conditions of the agreement, the dry sawn firewood shall be supplied as per the sample firewood (mango wood) kept at the Ration Store, Police Training Center, Rangpur. The required dry sawn firewood shall be brought to the Ration Store, Police Training Center, Rangpur at its own cost and warehoused as per the work order. If the dry sawn firewood is not supplied as per the sample, legal action will be taken including confiscation of money
