Contractors in Govt., Semi-Govt. and Autonomous Govt. Agencies, who have : a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 6 (six) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. b. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1(one) contract(s) of RCC Quay wall/Walkway on RCC Column construction with under water piling complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk.10 Crores; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. c. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 20 Crores over the last 5 (five) financial years; d. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 5 (five) crores. Liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) original certificate must not be issued before 2 months since the date of the tender opening and the tenderer should follow the Form as per BPPA format for line of credit. e. The minimum capacity shall be:Tk.11 Crores, Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled. (f) The tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
