All tenderer enlisted in e-GP having following qualification: a) Up to date VAT registration b) Up to date income tax Certificate. c) Up to date Trade license d) Nationality Certificate. e) Authorization letter f) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 8.28 lakh Only under 01(One) of contract over a period of 5(Five) years shall be required. g) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk -7.65 lakh Only. h) The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC.
