(a) Updated Trade License (b) Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate (c) Updated VAT Registration Certificate (d) Financial Solvency Certificate of the current year from any Scheduled Commercial Bank and Bank Transaction Statement of the last 3 months, Updated Bank Balance 8,50,000/- or at least 8,50,000/- for the annual service, operations and maintenance work of the concerned lift as per the liquid Asset (Working Capital) Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit (From ePW2a) form to be submitted (e) Photocopy of National Identity Card/Citizenship Certificate (f) 5 years of experience in annual service, operations and maintenance work of the lift (Completion Certificate or copy of work order) (g) Owner's Power of Attorney in case of representative (h) Tk. 25,000/- from any Scheduled Commercial Bank Pay Order/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee should be submitted to the Commanding officer (Addl. DIG), 12 APBN, Uttara, Dhaka (i) Turnover sheet of annual service, operations and maintenance work of the lift for the last 3 years should be submitted in its own pad. (j) Updated and valid ABC Electrical Contractor and Supervisory License obtained from the Electrical Licensing Board (k) Updated PWD/LGED Enrollment l) The bidder should be a local agent/distributor certificate holder of the lift (Kone brand) and the said certificate should be attached with the tender. d) A certificate from the original manufacturer confirming the availability of spare parts of the lift (Kone brand) for the next 01 (one) year should be submitted with the tender.
