Eligibility, Qualification and Technical Requirements
Manufacturer’s Authorization: Submit a valid OEM or authorized distributor/agent authorization letter/certificate for the offered FRP Pressure Vessel and Water Treatment Resin, stating the brand and status.
COA/Test Certificate: Provide a recent COA/Test Certificate from the original manufacturer for the Sodium-based Strong Acid Cation Exchange Resin with relevant technical parameters.
Water Treatment Resin: Supply Lewatit, Amberlite, Mitsubishi or equivalent Strong Acid Cation Exchange Resin in Sodium Form, complete with technical data sheets, COA, and required physical/chemical properties.
FRP Pressure Vessel: Provide Wave Cyber or equivalent water-softening FRP Pressure Vessel meeting all specified strength, pressure, and accessory standards, including hydrostatic testing.
Technical Documents: Submit manufacturer catalogs, data sheets, dimensional drawings, and structural details.
Equivalent Product: Equivalent items must prove equal or superior quality/performance, subject to final evaluation by the PE.
Specific Experience: Successfully complete at least one similar water treatment supply contract worth a minimum of Tk. 3.00 lakh within the last 5 years for a recognized power plant, government, or industrial establishment, backed by work orders and completion certificates.
