(a) The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider or contractor in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 5 years with a value of at least of BDT 1.00 (One) Lakh shall be required in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization.
(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 40,000 (Forty Thousand). All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender. The period will be best 3 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) years.
(c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 1.00 (One) Lakh
(d) Black listed/ debarred tenderers from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(e) Up-to-date Trade license, TIN Certificate, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and electrical ABC Contractory & supervisory license from Govt. of Bangladesh have to be submitted.
(f) Other required conditions and documents of this tender shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
