a) The Tenderer who has a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience in Electrical works. b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Daily Operation and Maintenance work of Electrical installation including 1 no. 800 KVA or above capacity Electrical Substation (Transformer, HT Switchgear, LT switchgear, PFI plant etc), 2 nos. minimum 200 KVA capacity or above diesel Generator and other related work completed within the last 3(Three) years under a single contract worth not less than TK. 11 Lac (Taka Eleven Lakh) only in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (Document submitted along with the tender) c)The Tenderer shall have a minimum 1(one) no 800 KVA or above capacity Substation with a minimum of 2 (Two) nos. 200 KVA capacity diesel generators, including Operation, Servicing & Maintenance work ongoing in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (Document submitted along with the tender) d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tender shall be TK 5 (Five) Lakh. (Document submitted along with the tender) e) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.12 (Twelve) Lakh over the last 5(Five) years. Payment certificates of work contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with a tender in support of average annual construction turnover. f) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR with TIN, ABC category contractory & supervisory license. g) The tenderers must furnish all necessary supporting documents mentioned in the tender Data sheet.
Servicing, repair, and overhauling of 2 nos. of 250 kVA generators and 2 nos. of 15 kVA generators, and 800+400 KVA electrical substation located in the basement, including all associated ancillary works at BIWTA Bhaban.
