Eligibility of the consultant 1. EOI submission in letter head pad of firm/company with 02 pp size photograph of Firm/Company chief. 2. Experience a) The firm should have overall 5 years of General experience . b) The firm should have similar experience (Spay & Neuter/vaccination/disease surveillance of dogs) in Government /Semi-Government/Autonomous/Non Government Organisations/Private Organisations in maximum 04 (Four) contracts within last five years with a value of minimum Tk. 63 (Sixty Three) lakh with appropriate documents i.e. completion certificate from the competent authority. Years counting backward from the date of publication of EOI in the e-GP system. 3. The firm should have Minimum 01(one) year of Audit report within last 5 years 4. Company profile in response to ToR. a) Name of firm/company, contact address (including postal address, telephone & fax No, e-mail address and name of contact person with phone/cell no.), c) The tenderer should submit updated Trade License, VAT Registration and Tax Clearance certificate. d) Detailed organizational structure, manpower (attach list with educational qualifications and experiences), Organizational capacity and physical facilities of the firm/company.
Capturing 800 street dogs from Saint Martin’s Island, Neutering of male dogs and Spaying of female dogs. Post operative care and Rabies vaccination of sterilised dogs.
