Eligibility of Tenderer :	Qualification Criteria for Tenderer: 1. Experience Criteria: The tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 01 (one) or 02 (two) similar works (supply, installation, and commissioning of HVAC/Air Conditioners) in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organizations within the last 5 (five) years, with a minimum single contract value of BDT 1,50,000 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand). 2. Financial Criteria (Liquid Assets / Working Capital): The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit Facilities amounting to not less than BDT 5,00,000 (Five Lakh) in any single year within the last 3 (three) years. 3. Required Supporting Documents: Valid Trade License. Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN). Updated e-TIN Certificate and proof of submission of income tax return. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter or valid Dealership Certificate for "Midea" or equivalent local goods as specified in the official estimate.
