1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor in the construction or dredging works shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The Tenderer(s) should have own 01 (One ) nos minimum 18 " inches or more dia cutter suction dredger (s) in good condition and free Dredgers. Tenderer(s) should also submit Registration, Up-to-date survey certificate of their dredgers and other ancillary craft .
3. The Tenderer (s) should submit Certificate/Authentic document mentioning the Dredger's suction diameter.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in the dredging works under public sector of at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature, successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2.50 Crore.
5. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 5.00 Crore over the last 05 financial years.
6. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1.50 Crore ( One Crore Fifty Lakh)
7. The tenderer should have to submit a detail information in tabular form regarding already deployed , commitement on deployment and free dredger.
8.The Tenderer(s) should have own/hire 01 (One ) nos Long Boom Excavator.
