The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 8,50,000.00 [ Eight Lac Fifty Thousand ] 4. Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2025-2026; 5. Trade License: A current, valid Trade License. 6. TIN Certificate: Up-to-date Tax Identification Number. 7.Valid Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate/ Business Identification Number.
