The Tenderer must have experience of having successfully completed at least one (1) EPC/Turnkey contract for a single gas installation of similar nature, as the one under this IFT, during last ten (10) years (years counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the newspaper), which was of a minimum value of BDT 100.00 million or an equivalent amount in USD or Euro and in which the Tenderer’s role must have been either as a Single entity contractor or as a Lead partner/other Partner of a JVCA contract or as a Management contractor or as a Sub-contractor.

For the purpose of clarity, the Tenderer’s experience of a “single gas installation of a similar nature” shall mean that the said single gas installation was of the physical size, was of equal or higher pressure rating and was comprised of major equipment as that of a District Regulating Station (DRS)/City Gate Station (CGS)/Regulating & Metering Station (RMS)/Town Border Station (TBS)/Customer Metering & Regulating Station(CMS) of at least 20 MMSCFD gas flowing capacity.

The Tenderer must have, apart from the above mentioned experience, a current and valid Enlistment Certificate as a Gas Contractor under Category 1.4 issued by any company of Petrobangla or in the absence of Category 1.4 Enlistment Certificate, the Tenderer must appoint a sub contractor having current and valid Enlistment Certificate as a Gas Contractor under Catergory 1.4.
