Enlisted Contractors of Govt , Semi-Govt. and Autonomous who have : 1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of General experience in the related works. 2. A satisfactory Completion of similar works (Repair, Servicing and Maintenance with routine checkup including supply of spare parts for Air conditioner) of at least Tk.08 lakhs under single contract(s) over a period of 03 years shall be required.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10 lakhs over the last 03 years.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.06(Six) lakhs, Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2a-7 of tender 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.09 lakhs, Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled. 6. Up to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate from The NBR with TIN, ABC category contractory & supervisory license 7. The Tenderer shall own and operate a dedicated AC Repair and Maintenance Workshop equipped with all necessary tools, machinery, and equipment required for carrying out AC repair, servicing, and maintenance works.(Document submitted along with the tender).
