The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid asset of BDT 6000000. 7 . Certificate of Ownership of the Company. 8 . National ID Card. 9. General experience of 5 years in supply of goods and related services. 10 . An Affidavit on a BDT 300 non-judicial stamp. stating that the Tenderer is not blacklisted in any government work. 11. 500 ml and 2 liter bottles. The bidder shall, in accordance with Article 18 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, provide for the enrichment of edible oil with Vitamin "A" in the range of 15 to 30 ppm (parts per million), i.e., not less than 0.015 to not more than 0.030 mg of Vitamin "A" per gram of edible oil as specified in Schedule-1 of the Vitamin "A" Fortification of Edible Oils Act, 2013, and the symbol "Sathik Pusti Suthya Jiban" to be displayed on the bottle or carton supplied as per Schedule-2 (1) must be present. 12. Each bidder must submit 1 liter of soybean oil sample as a specimen before opening the tender. The bottle must must have the name of the institution written on it. 13. A contract with the Soyabin oil supplying company on a BDT 150 non-judicial stamp must be attached. 14 . PDF copies of all documents mentioned in points 1 to 13 must be submitted. The mentioned documents and sample must be submitted along with the tender. Otherwish, the tender will be considered as cancelled.
