1) The Minimum number of Years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor Shall be 03 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website. 2) A satisfactory Completion of similar works of Government/ Sami Government/ Autonomous Organization at least Tk. 8,00,000.00(Eight Lakh) under 01(One) Contract over a period of 03 years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP 3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7,00,000.00 (seven Lakh) over the period in best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. 4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.10 Lakh (ten Lakh). 5) It can be noted that submission of any fake/false document and /or false information will result in the submitted tender as 'Non-Responsive'
