The Tenderer Following documents: 1. Valid trade licence. 2. VAT certificate. 3. Income Tax certificate. 4. Bank Solvancy with Last three month statement. 5. Affitdavit Certificate. 6. Minimum 03 years’ experience in supplying similar kinds of goods. 7. Authorization certificate from the Tenderer. 8. Copy of National ID. 9. As per PPR-2025 shall be applicable. a. Standard & Packaging Conditions: i. Grain size : Should be small and there should be at least 600 grains per 10 grams of dal ii. Colour : Yellow to red-orange colour (Yellow to red orange) iii. Cooking time : Should be cooked within 10 to 20 minutes on normal heat. iv. Smell : Should have a pleasant smell while cooking. v. Shell : Should be peeled. Should be free from unwanted Particles (such as sand, stones, etc.). vi. Grain description : Grains should be whole. Grains should be of uniform size. Should be free from black/other colour grains. vii. Taste : Should be tasty. viii. Hardness : When chewed with teeth, the grains of the Dal will break but not flatten. That is, they should be properly dried. ix. Packing : 3.5 kg, 04 kg and 5.5 kg to be supplied in high quality packaging. The weight of the product, date of production and expiry date should be clearly mentioned on the package. x. Standard : High quality small grain pulses. Sample must be show in opening date.
