Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the Following documents: 1. Up-to-date, valid trade licence. 2. VAT registration certificate. 3. Latest income Tax certificate. 4. Bank Solvancy with Last three month statement. 5. Affitdavit Certificate. 7. Minimum 03 years’ experience in supplying similar kinds of goods. 8. Authorization certificate from the Tenderer. 9. Copy of National ID. 10. As per the Delivery Order (DO) of the Food Department, the supplier, in collaboration with the in-charge, Police Ration Store, shall procure not more than 1,40,000 kg of wheat and grind it in an auto mill at his own expense. The flour shall be packed in high-quality packages of 2 kg, 4 kg and 5 kg as per the instructions of Police Headquarters Memorandum No. 44-2013/832(150) dated 01/07/2021. The weight of the product, date of production and expiry date shall be clearly mentioned on the package. (Packet sample show in opening date). 11. PPR-2025 shall be applicable.
