Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the Following documents: 1. Up-to-date, valid trade license. 2. VAT registration certificate. 3. Latest income Tax certificate. 4. Bank Solvancy with Last three month statement. 5. Affitdavit Certificate. 6. Minimum 03 years’ experience in supplying similar kinds of goods. 7. Authorization certificate from the Tenderer. 8. Copy of National ID. 9. The supplier shall keep at least 3,000 kg of chopped dry firewood in stock at the designated place under the Firewood (Mango/Rain tree) Police Line at all times. No scrap wood or branches shall be supplied and the monthly supply memo shall be submitted to the office on the 1st of the following month. 10. In addition to the above-mentioned terms and conditions, all necessary rules related to public interest as per PPR-2025 shall be applicable.
