Eligibility of Tenderer :

The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the Following documents:

1. Up-to-date, valid trade license.
2. VAT registration certificate.
3. Latest income Tax certificate.
4. Bank Solvancy with Last three month statement.
5. Affitdavit Certificate.
6. Minimum 03 years’ experience in supplying similar kinds of goods.
7. Authorization certificate from the Tenderer.
8. Copy of National ID.
9. Transport/Porter/CSD/LSD, the rice shall be lifted from the food warehouse and delivered directly to the ration store, weighed and delivered to the officer-in-charge of the ration store as per the delivery order (DO) of the food department.
10. Separate porters shall be appointed for unloading of sugar.
11. In addition to the above-mentioned terms and conditions, all necessary rules related to public interest as per PPR-2025 shall be applicable.
