1. National Tenderer must submit updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate/ Business Identification Number, and TIN certificate. Foreign tenderers must submit a trade license or Certificate of incorporation (as applicable) as per ITT clause 20.1 (h) and 20.1(m),
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services. General experience shall be substantiated by years of the Tenderer’s registration/constitution/licensing in its country of origin, as per ITT clause 27.1(b), with the years counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The tenderer shall have the specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Similar Goods (Equipment/Spare parts/Consumables) to any Government-owned organization or any Power Utility of at least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the in the last 05 (Five) years, each with a minimum value of USD 50,000.00 (US Dollar Fifty Thousand Only) or equivalent amount; the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Among the mentioned contacts, at least 01 (One) contract must involve importing the delivered goods from abroad.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources of the tenderer in the form of a credit line commitment is USD 65,000.00 (US Dollars Sixty-Five Thousand) only or BDT 80,00,000.00 (Bangladeshi Taka Eighty Lakh Only) from any scheduled bank.
5. Tenderer must be authorized by the manufacturer of the Spare Parts as per clause (IV) of ITT 20.1( o) mentioned in TDS to supply the goods.
6. Tenderer must fulfill the product qualification criteria to become responsive in this tender as per clause (VI) of ITT 20.1( o) mentioned in TDS
7. The tenderer must comply with all the conditions stated in the TDS and PCC.
