Technical Criteria
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similier works under public sector of at least one (01) contract of successfully completed within the last three (03) years, each with a value of at least BDT 14,50,000/- (Tk. Fourteen Lakh Fifty Thousand only).

Financial Criteria
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial resources, equivalent to not less than BDT 14,50,000/- (Tk. Fourteen Lakh Fifty Thousand only), available in the form of liquid assets, working capital, credit lin(s), specific credit commitment(s), or any combination thereof acceptable to the Employer.
The tenderer shall submit documentary evidence in support of the availability of such financial resources, including a bank statement and/or credit line certificate issued by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh, duly indicating the available amount in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).
The date of issuance of the bank statement and/or credit line certificate shall not be earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the date of opening of the Tender. Documents issued beyond the aforesaid period shall not be considered for the purpose of assessing the tenderer's financial capacity.
