Open to all Tenderers, subject to meeting the following Technical and Financial Criteria
Technical Criteria
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last three (03) years, with a value of at least BDT 7,50,000/- (Tk. Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand only).
Evidence: Purchase Order/Contract Agreement together with Completion Certificate, Performance Certificate, invoice(s)
Financial Criteria
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 7,50,000/- (Tk. Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand only).
The Tenderer shall submit documentary evidence in support of the availability of such financial resources, including a bank statement and/or credit line certificate issued by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh, duly indicating the available amount in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).
The date of issuance of the bank statement and/or credit line certificate shall not be earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the date of opening of the Tender. Documents issued beyond the aforesaid period shall not be considered for the purpose of assessing the Tenderer's financial capacity.
