Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) years . b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works under public sector of at least 1 (one) Contract of similar nature work successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least. TK 5.00 lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. c) The required average annual construction turnover(AACT) under public sector shall be greater Than TK 5.00 lac over the last five (5) financial years. Documents in support of AACT must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(c) d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be TK 5.00 lac. Documents in support of this requirement must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(d) e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be TK 5.00 lac . [To be submitted: ongoing work details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount] f) The Tenderer must Possess: Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, Income Tax Certificate, ABC Category Contractor and Supervisory License. g) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender.
