2) e-TIN Certificate and Last 03 (Three) Assement years Income Tax Payment Certificate with tax return slip
3) VAT/BIN Certificate, Vat Honour Card and Last 3 Month Return Copy & TAX Certificate
4) Related Work Experience Certificate (Details specified in TDS 13.1 (b))
5) Credit Line (Amount specified in TDS 14.1 (b)) / Last One Month Bank Solvency Certificate with minimum amount specified in TDS 14.1 (b)
6) Quality standard: ISO/BSTI or equivalent certificate for the manufacturing organization and/or CE/ US FDA or equivalent certificate for the specific product. (If a tenderer submits manufacturing organizationthe ISO certificate then the authorization letter from that manufacturing organization must also be submitted.)
7) Submit 2 Years Audit Report out of last 3 Years (Submit ICAB authorized DVC Audit report)
8) Tenderer must be submitted Samples (all items) to the PE Office prior to the opening of tenders.
