Updated Drug License certificate & Certificate stating that there is no case/ Litigation of institution or pharmacy by the Department of Drug Administration 6. Original MRP List of the company from which the medicine will be supplied must be submitted with highlighting the tendered items mentioning the SL No. of that item in the list (for medicine). 7. Valid Registration Certificate issued by the Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA) or copy of the receipt by the DGDA of the application for registration or renewal. 8. Quality standard: ISO or equivalent certificate for the manufacturing organization and/or CE/ US FDA or equivalent certificate for the specific product 9. Submit 2 Years Audit Report out of last 3 Years (Submit DVC Audit report and The report has to be ICAB authorized) 10. Credit Line (Amount specified in TDS 14.1 (b)) / Last One Month Bank Solvency Certificate with minimum amount specified in TDS 14.1 (b)
