(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in providing physical service as Prime Service Provider shall be 03 (Three) years.

(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Service Provider in providing physical service of at least one (01) contract of similar nature completed over a period of 03 (Three) years with a value of at least of BDT 3,50,000.00 [Three Lac Fifty Thousand] shall be required.

(3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT Tk 4,00,000.00 [Four Lac]

(4) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, be financially solvent, an Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2026 of Electricity Generation Bangladesh PLC.

(5) The Tenderer should have a valid Government issued Pest Control License.

Procurement of Pest Control Works for Siddhirganj 335MW CCPP

The Service Provider shall have proven experience in similar Pest control operations and shall deploy the required supervisory and pest-control personnel, including at least 1 Supervisors and 2 Pest Control Operators. Required equipment includes one 18-litre capacity spray machine, one fogging machine 30 PCs Rat trap cases and one snake catching stick. The contractor must demonstrate the capacity to execute pest control activities within the prescribed time limits while maintaining the required service quality and performance standards.
