Tenderer should have the followings:

This invitation for Tenderer is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.

1. Tenderer should have valid upto date Trade licences,Latest income Tax certificate,Valid e-TIN certificate,VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate,Authorization Letter.

2. Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to inter into the contract,under the applicable law.

3. Tenderer must have at least 01(one) similar work experience as per ITT- 9.1 otherwise tender will be non-responsive.

4. Tenderer must fulfill the requirements of TDS &PCC.

5. Tenderer must submit a written commitment that they committed to do work estimated quantity as purchaser wants.

6. Tenderer must submit end-user certificates as a proof of work experiences within  last five years.

7. Tenderer shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the procuring Entity, as Procuring Entity (PE) reasonably request.

8. The tenderer will supply all the necessary safety equipments.

The Works consist of Solution preparation in different tanks, Handling of different chemicals including Anthacite,Filter media,Resin,Activated Carbon &
Solution Preparations of Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite,Caustic Soda, Potassium Hydroxide (Lye), Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC), Lime, Poly Acrylamide, HRSG chemicals and Cooling tower chemicals etc.
