| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 years, with a value of at least Tk.25,00,000.00
Purchase Order/Contract Agreement together with Completion Certificate, Performance Certificate, invoice(s), or other documentary evidence acceptable under the applicable STD/TDS.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 25,00,000.00
The Tenderer shall submit documentary evidence in support of the availability of such financial resources, including a bank statement and/or credit line certificate issued by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh, duly indicating the available amount in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).
The date of issuance of the bank statement and/or credit line certificate shall not be earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the date of opening of the Tender. Documents issued beyond the aforesaid period shall not be considered for the purpose of assessing the Tenderer's financial capacity.
