This Invitation for Tender(IFT) is open to all Eligible Tenderer Registered in e-GP System meeting the following criteria:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience of Supply (Goods).
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor of supply of similar Goods (MSR Chemical & re-agent) of minimum Tk.3,00,000/-(Three) Lakh at least under 01(one) contract with 01(one) work order in any Govt. Hospital and Institute with NOA, Contract Agreement and satisfactory completed certificat with in the last 03(Three) years must be submitted and will be rejected and tenderer treated as non -responsive. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
3.The required average annual Goods supply turnover shall be greater than Tk.3,00,000/-(Three) Lakh.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities (in the e-PG2-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 2,00,000/- (Two Lakh ) .
5. The minimum supply Capacity of the Tenderer shall have Tk.3,00,000/- (Three) Lakh .
6. The Tenderermust enclose VAT registration Certificate, up-to-date income TAX clearance Certificate,up-to-date trade license .
7. PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 will be followed in this Tender.
8. Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
