1.Up-to-date Trade licence.
2.VAT Registration certificate.
3. Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR.
4. Similar type experience must be needed of minimum Tk 800000.00 [Eight Lac] within last 03 [three] years at Govt/Semi Govt. / Autonomous organization. (Attached with Work Completion Certificate). 5. The minimum number of years of general experiences of tenderer shall be 05 [five] years.(Attached with Work Completion Certificate).
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,25,000.00 [Two Lac twenty five thousands]
Regarding the appointment of 01 Care Taker in category-1; 01 Cook in category-4; 01 security guards and 01 Cleaner in category-5 through outsourcing method.
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 03 (three) years.
2.The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least one contract (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 03(three) years with a value of at least of Tk 08(eight) Lac shall be required.
3.The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 200000.00 (Two Lac) over the last three financial years. 4.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 2,25,000.00 [two Lac twenty five thousands].
A Contract Supervisor shall have the following qualifications and experience:
1.Minimum graduation degree in any discipline.
2.Total Works Experience (years) In Similar Works Experience(years) At least Three (3) years in similar works experience.
3. At least five (5) years works experience in Administrative or Human Resource management in govt./Autonomous Govt/semi /Private Organisation.
4.The Tenderer shall own or have proven access to hire or lease of the major Service equipment, in full working order as follows as stated in Section 6 & 7 'Not applicable'
