1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods (Computer & peripheral, IT equipment, Software, Software Subscriptions) and related services supported by Trade License/Purchase Order/End-User Certificate/any other business documents; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
2. Tenderer shall have the specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Similar Goods (Computer & peripheral, IT equipment, Software, Software Subscriptions) of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last (3) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2600000 (Twenty-six lakh only); the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Tenderer shall submit Verifiable End User Certificate (in the letterhead pad of the employer duly signed and sealed by the employer along with contact details & phone number of the employer) in support of the specific experience clearly mentioning the contract value, description of the specific Product, contract date and completion date.

3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 36,00,000.00 (Thirty-Six Lakh only). In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form ePG2-7 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document ePG2 to ensure that the credit line is dedicated to this specific tender.

4. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:

• Updated Income Tax Certificate/ Acknowledge Receipt of Income Tax Return Submission
• Valid and updated Trade License
• VAT Registration (13 Digit)
• Tenderer shall submit the Authorization Letter from Microsoft as an authorized distributor / reseller of Microsoft products.
