1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 (Five) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
2. The Tenderer shall have the experience of successfully executing at least 2 IT-related service/work contracts worth a minimum of BDT 20 lakh each within the last 3 years.
3. The tenderer must have liquid assets, working capital, or credit facilities of at least BDT 25 lakh.
5. Up-to-date Trade License, valid TIN Certificate, VAT Registration/BIN Certificate, and the Tax Return Certificate for the FY 2024–25 must be provided.
6. The average annual turnover must be at least BDT 22 lakh over the best 3 years out of the last 5 years (i.e., total turnover for those 3 years minimum BDT 66 lakh).
7. Valid proof of having an office or sub-office in Chattogram must be submitted to ensure prompt support and service delivery.
8. The tenderer must submit work completion certificate as a proof of their experience issued from the due authority.
