• Only Local Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 05 (Five) years general experience in the supply of related goods and services will be eligible for the tender.
•  The satisfactory completion of supply of similar types of goods i.e. uPVC pipe and uPVC fittings of minimum Tk. 40.00 (fourty) lakhs under Single contracts in the last 05 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
•  The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 40.00 (fourty) lakhs. ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems in respect of manufacturing of uPVC Pipe.
•  The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions). All completion certificate for general experience, specific experience enclosed with tender document must have issued by the Government/Semi-Government organization or any autonomous body/organization of Government.
•  Any fraudulent practice will liable to debarment of the tenderer.
• The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 02 (two) lots (if reponsive lowest in more than 02 (Two) lots) under the project.
•  Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
