This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: 1.The tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, incomeTAX clearance certificate. 2.NID, Ownership Certificate 3. Needs to remain Attested copy of Credit Commitment of 80 (Eighty) lakh taka must be upload in Standard Format e-PG3-8 according to ITT clause 28. 4.The minimum specific experience at District Police as Supplier in supply of at least 1(one) similar contract successfully completed within the last 3(Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 49.50 lakh (fourty nine lakh and fifty thousand only) 5.The authority reserves the right to accept/reject any tender without assigning any reason. 6. Tenderer shall be provided the 500 grams of lentil sample (Every 10 grams should must contain minimum 600 grains) as sample should be submitted (Supply) to the office of the Superintendent of Police, Dinajpur before the scheduled time of opening of the EGP tender and received acknowledgement copy as proof. Provided sample goods quality shall be considered at the time of tender evaulation. Low quality goods shall be considered non-responsive. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled
