Scope of Work :
The Contractor shall completely repair, supply necessary parts, and successfully restart the lift which has been inactive/damaged for a long period. The work includes complete diagnosis, supplying and fitting all required parts from the local market, and comprehensive testing (including ARD, AVR, landing gates, etc.) before final handover.
Mandatory Authorization:
Any specialized Elevator Supply/Maintenance Company can directly participate in this tender. If a general contracting company participates instead of a direct lift company, they must submit a valid, up-to-date Authorization Letter from a reputed and registered Lift Repair/Maintenance Company. The technical team must have proven repair and maintenance experience at any Industrial Grade Elevator.
Terms of Repair and cost inclusivity.
The total quote for the lift repair is all-inclusive. If any parts, materials, or components are found to be damaged or required during the repair process, they must be covered under this agreed amount. No additional costs or extra charges will be provided.
Completion Timeline :
The Contractor must finish all repairs, part replacements, and make the lift fully operational within 15 days from receiving the Work Order.
Safety & Liability :
The contractor’s team must follow factory safety rules and wear appropriate safety gear (PPE). GPFPLC will not be responsible for any injury, accident, or hazard faced by the contractor’s workers during the work.
