Contractor shall provide a commitment letter/certificate stating capability to servin York/Equivalent Brand Chiller. 3. Contractor must provide a commitment letter/certificate assuring an uninterrupted supply of spare parts for York/Equivalent brand chillers. 4. Valid up to date Trade License. 5. Certificate of Incorporation. 6. TIN Certificate. 7. VAT/BIN Registration Certificate. 8. IRC Certificate. 9. ABC and Electrical supervisory Certificate. 10. Bank Solvency Certificate.
