The Tenderer shall submit, along with its Tender, the following documents:
1. Statutory and Regulatory Documents
a) Valid, updated Income Tax Certificate and Tax Clearance Certificate
b) Valid, updated VAT Registration Certificate
c) Valid, updated Trade License
d) TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number), BIN (Business Identification Number), and Certificate of Incorporation
e) Partnership Certificate (VAT Agreement Paper/VAP, or equivalent)
2. Financial Document
a) Bank Solvency Certificate
3. Manufacturer and Product-Related Documents
a) Manufacturer's Authorization Letter (MAL), confirming the Bidder is authorized to supply/represent the offered products
b) Country of Origin Certificate
c) Original manufacturer's catalogues, leaflets, brochures, and/or illustrative literature for the offered items
4. Warranty
a) A Warranty Certificate covering all supplied items for a minimum period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of acceptance
5. Experience Requirements
a) Specific Experience: The Bidder must have satisfactorily completed, within the last 5 (five) years, at least one single contract of a similar nature to the proposed contract, in which the Bidder's participation value was not less than BDT 23,00,000 (Twenty-Three Lakh Taka).
b) General Experience: The Bidder must have a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in IT procurement.
6. Delivery and Distribution Condition
The Bidder shall procure/receive the goods directly from the authorized source (i.e., the entity issuing the Manufacturer's Authorization Letter) and shall submit the corresponding invoice from that authorized source to the procuring/distributing organization at the time of delivery of the goods.
