Eligibility of Consultant :	The Tenderer shall: be legally registered and hold a valid Trade Licence, TIN with acknowledgement of the latest income tax return, and VAT registration (BIN); be registered on the e-GP portal; and not be under any order of debarment. The service provider shall be an outsourcing agency enlisted or eligible under the Outsourcing Policy 2025 (Ministry of Finance), with demonstrated experience in supplying service personnel to a government office.
Brief Description of assignment :	Hiring of 2 (two) Computer Operator cum Work Assistant through outsourcing.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	Remuneration, festival incentive and Baishakhi incentive are fixed by the Government’s Outsourcing Policy 2025; Tenderers compete on the service commission only, which shall be not less than 5% of the aggregate consolidated pay.
