Tenderer must have the following criteria:

a)Tenderers have to submit manufacturer authorisation letter mentioning Tender name and Tender ID.
b)Tenderer must have to submit bank guarantee/ Credit Commencement certificate mentioning the tender reference and Tender ID No.
c)Tenderer have to submit TIN and updated TAX Return Copy.
d)Tenderer have to submit updated Trade Licence.
e)Tenderer have to submit VAT Registration Certificate.
f) Ownership Documents.
g)Tenderer must have required Experience Certificate stated in ITT.
h)Tenderers have to submit MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheet ) and Quality assurance certificate ( Certificate of analysis) of the item ( Liquid ferric chloride) from related manufacturer.

i) Sample of supplied chemicals will be sent by PE to BUET/CUET/ CU/BCSIR/BCIC or any other recognized organization in Bangladesh to analyse the quality of chemicals. Tenderer will have to bear the cost.
