1. The Bidder shall have a minimum of Five(5) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
2. The Bidder shall have satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 6,00,000/- ( BDT Twenty Lac Only) under 01 contracts in the last 03 (Three) of years under any govt./Semi govt./ autonomous organization.
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 6,50,000/- ( BDT Six Lac Fifty Thousand Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
4. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer over a period of last five (5) years is NILL (0).
5. The Bidder must submit the following additional documents:
a. Copy of Up to date Trade License,
b. Copy of Up to date TIN Clearance Certificate with e-TIN Certificate and last income tax certificate of the last assessment year,
c. Copy of 13 Digit BIN Certificate with Up to date BIN Clearance Certificate,
d. Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate,
e. Copy of Up to date Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) Certificate,
f. Bidder must attached Manufacture/Dillership Authorization Letter,
6. If any damaged product/part is found among the provided computer materials, the supplier must assure to replace or exchange them.
7. Physical Acceptance Committee of Met and Geo Center will verify product authenticity.
8. All relevant brochure / catalogue of offered products
9. Joint Venture is not Allowed.
10. Bidder must declare comprehensive on-site warranty including Parts, Labor and Services 03 years of warranty certificate for Brand Desktop Computer & 01 year of warranty certificate for UPS.
11. Others documents as per TDS.
