The Firm must have a minimum average annual turnover 2.20 Crore (Two Crore and twenty lac BDT) and total turnover BDT 11.00 Crore (Eleven Crore BDT) for the last 05 (Five) years; 5. The consultant must demonstrate a minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 1.00 Crore (One Crore BDT); 6. A list of Consultants with CV (Company/Firms must have IAB registered Architect and IEB Registered Engineer) need to be submitted; 7. Summary of professional qualification and experience of technical staff with valid mobile number; 8. Organogram and staff deployment of the firm; 9. A list of accomplished works/Services during last 5 years with Project Data Sheet (PDS), Completion Certificate (Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Institute or Public University) as evidence of project; 10. Minimum last three Years Audit report with Audited Balance sheet of the Firm/Company; 11. Must have qualification in delivering the scope and deliverables mentioned in the TOR;

Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study and Academic Master plan for the “Further Infrastructure Development, Expansion and Modernization of Bangladesh University of Textiles Project”.
1. Minimum 10 years’ experience in the business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh; 2. Experience in master plan or feasibility study or feasibility study with master plan at least one completed project with value of taka not less than 2.25 crore (Two Crore & Twenty-Five Lac BDT) within last five years; 3. Must have specific experience in preparation of a complete and full-fledged campus master plan; academic master plan or feasibility study in prescribed format; 4. International accredited Sustainable academy institution or center design consultancy experienced will get preference. 5. Preference will be given to consulting firms and key personnel with experience in any university related master plan or feasibility study project;
