1) The bidder must have at least 3 (three) votes for his/her own Commander Commission Account.
2) Must have minimum experience of successfully completing at least 1 contract worth at least 80,00,000 (eighty) lakhs taka in the last 3 (three) years in supply work as a contractor. The contracts must be completed under government/semi-government/autonomous organizations of Bangladesh.
3) The bidders should have a minimum average annual supply turnover of Tk 1,00,00,000 (one) crore in the best 03 (three) years out of the last 3 (three) financial years. Payment certificates of ongoing or completed work contracts under the government sector in support of the average annual supply turnover should be submitted along with the tender.
4) The tenderer should have a solvency of 80,00,000 (eighty) lakhs taka in his bank account. For calculating the minimum tender capacity, the tenderer should submit the contract certificate in the format of payment list of ongoing or completed works under any government sector for the year in which the highest value of work has been done in the last 5 years from the date of publication of the tender on the e-GP portal.
5) A copy of the updated trade license for the financial year 2026-2027 must be submitted with the tender.
6) Bank statement and solvency certificate must be submitted with the tender.
7) Updated VAT registration certificate and VAT deposit certificate, updated TIN certificate and income tax deposit certificate must be submitted with the tender.
8) National Identity Card must be submitted with the tender.
9) Declaration of ownership must be submitted with the tender.
10) Samples of the product must be submitted to the concerned office by the specified date.
11) Approval letter from the oil company must be submitted.
