As per TDS, PCC & ....
1) Tenderers must have Similar nature of experience of Furniture supply [ High Bench, Low Bench, Wooden Chair, Wooden Table etc. made of Wood (Chapalish/Mehogoni/Kathal) and MS Angle Bar ] only in Govt., Semi Govt. or Autonomous Educational Institutions of minimum Tk [ 20.00 Lakhs ] with in last 5 (Five) years. [Backward years Counting from the IFT date]. 2) The minimum Amount of Liquid assets or Working capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. [ 30.00 Lakhs ] 3) Tenderer must submit with its e-Tender the following documents: a) Similar Nature Experience certificate. b) Up to date Income Tax clearance, valid VAT Registration, Trade License certificate & National ID. 4) Minimum Performance Security will be 10% to 25% of the total contract price, If the quoted rates are significantly Less/Above than the Official estimated cost/current market price the PERFORMANCE SECURITY will be at least 25% of the total contract price as per PPR 2025 rule 36(2).
5) Admired VAT will be minimum 15% or more & Admired Income Tax will be up to 7% or more as per Govt Policy.
6) In case The Quoted rate is over then ± 5% then the bidder must submit the rate analysis. If the analysis found beyond the market price, the TEC Comittee decision will prevail.
7) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
