1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as a reputed Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
    
2. The minimum specific experience as Prime Supplier/Contractor in supply of similar Goods and related services or similar nature of works which is a combination of Supply of goods and Related services (Mentioned above) for Repair and maintenance of a Building, at least one (1) contract successfully completed in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least BDT 27.00 (Twenty Seven) Lacs. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. Tenderers should have supply/work experience in KPI or restricted areas.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 35.00 (Thirty five) Lacs.
    
5. The Tenderer shall submit Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and other necessary documents.
    
6. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstructive practices of any kind are determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken following Rules 149 of PPR-2025.
    
7. Tenderer are requested to go through all instructions in TDS, PCC and other relevant sections.
