AS PER TDS
1:The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be [05 (Five)] years.
2:The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least [state number] contract(s) of [state the nature, complexity and methods/construction technology] successfully completed within the last [state number] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 45.00 Lakh
3:The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 115.00 lakh during the last five (05) financial years.
4:The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset as specific credit commitment of the Tenderers shall be Tk.30.00 Lakh.
5:The contractors who have not started or completed their work/works within scheduled stipulated time without any acceptable reasons, their tender will not to be considered for evaluation. In case of reasonable causes, contractor must describe in details on his letterhead pad & include all supporting papers which must be uploaded with his tender documents.
