All e-GP registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tenders, provided they have the following qualifications as well as other qualifications mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS):
a. The intending tenderer must enclose a VAT Registration Certificate, an up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, an up-to-date Trade License, and an up-to-date ABC Category Contractor and Supervisory License issued by the Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
b. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer as a supplier of Goods and related services shall be 05 (five) years.
c. The tenderer must have a minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of similar Goods under at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1.50 lakh.
d. The tenderer must have minimum liquid assets, i.e., working capital/credit line(s) (must be in the form of PG3A-8 in original form) of Tk. 1.90 lakh. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
e. The contract agreement to be signed with the awarded tenderer will be a "Framework Agreement" as per the attached format. The period for the supply of Goods/related services shall be 12 months. All other conditions as mentioned in the TDS and PCC of the e-Tender Document must be fulfilled. The specifications mentioned in, or documents enclosed with, the tender shall form an integral part of the tender.
