All tenderers who have registered in e-GP system may participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document:

Eligibilty Criteria:

• The Tenderer must have Experience of "Flexible Pavement Work including DBS Base Course / DBS-Wearing Course" of value not less than Tk.1000.00 Lac successfully completed within the last 20 (twenty) years in a single contract.
• The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1700.00 Lac over the best 05 (five) years in the last 10 (ten) years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 600.00 Lac.
• The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 1200.00 Lac. The following formulae shall be used to calculate the Tender Capacity Assessed Tender Capacity = (A*N*1.25-B) Where: A=Maximum value of Works performed in any one year during last five years, N= Completion time of the proposed work in years, B= Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next N Years

Important Notice

The successful Tenderer must ensure that all the equipment and personnel mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) section of the Tender document are physically present and available at the Site at the time of contract signing and ready to begin work. If these requirements are not met, the Procuring Entity may cancel the contract award without any liability to the Tenderer.

DBS-Wearing Course with necessary repair work at 15th (P), 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th & 21st (P) km of Badalgachhi-Paharpur-Joypurhat (Khanjanpur) (R-549) road and at 27th (P), 28th (P), 29th (P), 30th, 31st (P), 36th (P), 37th, 38th, 39th & 40th km of Bogura (Jhopgari)-Khetlal-Joypurhat (Battali) (R-551) Road under Road Division, Joypurhat during the year 2026-2027.
