Special Note:
This procurement will be done according to the Standard Tender Document (National) for Procurement of Non-Consulting Services (outsourcing of manpower) "PSN". For nonavailability of the "PSN" module on the e-GP system, the "e-PW3(a)" is used here. The "PSN" is uploaded in Section No. 7 (General Specifications) of the Tender Document of the "e-PW3(a)" and the uploaded "PSN" should be treated as the original Tender Document. The tender evaluation process and signing of contract would be conducted according to the uploaded "PSN". So, Section No. 2 (Tender Data Sheet) and Section No. 4 (Particular Conditions of Contract) of the "e-PW3(a)" are not configured. The tenderer is instructed to strictly follow the instructions, guidelines and conditions mentioned in the "PSN" uploaded in Section No. 7 (General Specifications) of the "e-PW3(a)" and fill up the Section No. 5 (Tender and Contract Forms) and Section No. 6 (Bill of Quantities) of the "e-PW3(a)" accordingly. Selection of the outsourcing staff must be done according to the qualification criteria mentioned in the clause ITT 40.7 of the Section 2 (Tender Data Sheet) of the uploaded "PSN" and by following and accepting the rules, regulations and conditions mentioned in the appendices of the uploaded "PSN".
Selection of an Outsourcing Manpower Supply Firm for engaging Office Assistant-cum-Computer Typist - 1 Person, Driver (Vehicle) - 3 Persons, Speedboat Driver - 2 Persons, Officer Support Staff - 1 Person, Security Guard (Chowkidar) - 1 Person, and Cleaner - 1 Person (Total 9 Persons) for the office of the Project Director, Disaster Risk Management Enhancement Project (Component-1, BWDB Part), through outsourcing during the Financial Year 2026-2027 (from October 2026 to June 2027).
